ARTICLE 370

It is a law that grants special autonomous status to Jammu & Kashmir.
This article specifies that except for Defence, Foreign Affairs, Communications and ancillary matters the Indian Parliament needs the State government's concurrence for applying all other laws. Thus the state's residents lived under a separate set of laws, including those related to citizenship, ownership of property, and fundamental rights,as compared to other Indians.
For the last few weeks this Article 370 of the Indian Constitution has been attracting the attention of the people who keep track of news through print and electronic media. And this is not the first time.It comes into limelight after the intervals of months and years.
BJP states that J&K has no benefit from it.But the National conference has been advocating its continuation on the ground that it is the bridge between this state and the Indian Union.
Last year on Dec 1,Narendra Modi challenged all parties including the congress to have a debate on the comtinuation of this article. He said that this arrangement has benefitted only 50 families in the whole state.

J&K enjoys extensive powers when compared to other states. The process of adding laws to this state is highly scrutinized. The only disadvantage that the state is having is that all the other states are pissed off with J&K. If this article is removed then all Indians can buy properties in J&K which is not so important. The main question is "Is this necessary?? all the powers this state is enjoying".
Yes it is a state of India and it is important as all other states. So there is the answer that if it important as any other state then why give this specific state special attention or rights.Shouldnt it be treated the same as any other state??.

THIS IS NOT A FIGHT BETWEEN TWO STATES...ITS A DEBATE AND EVERY INDIAN WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT AS A
DEBATE.

WHAT ARE YOUR VIEWS ON THIS MATTER?
SHOULD IT CONTINUE?

MESSAGE FROM THE MAN WHO IS NOT GOING TO STOP.

THE CHANGE IS HERE

Seconds after Narendra Modi was sworn-in as the 15th Prime Minister of the country on Monday, the PMO India website was relaunched carrying his message and pictures.

"As we devote ourselves to take India's development journey to newer heights, we seek your support, blessings and active participation," Modi said in his first message on the website.
He added, "Together we will script a glorious future for India. Let us together dream of a strong, developed and inclusive India that actively engages with the global community to strengthen the cause of world peace and development."
A short profile was also uploaded on the prime minister website which described him as "dynamic, dedicated and determined" leader who "arrives as a ray of hope in the lives of a billion Indians".
Narendra modi is quickly growing on FACEBOOK and he is the 2nd most liked amongst the world leaders

It said that his "laser focus on development and his proven ability" to deliver results have made him one of India's most popular leaders.
Without naming the RSS, it said that from a very young age, Modi immersed himself in service to the nation, working with "patriotic organisations".
An option called "Wish the Prime Minister" takes a user to Modi's personal website

EXPECTED GROWTH IN 4G LTE IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS

IF YOU JUST BOUGHT A SMARTPHONE AND IT DOES NOT SUPPORT 4G I DO FEEL BAD FOR YOU

4G/LTE is still at a nascent stage and existing roll-outs are small in comparison to 3G. The Indian market has only seen select 4G roll-outs by Bharti Airtel. Reliance Jio is all set to rollout 4G services across the country. Operators over the years have invested in expanding their network to provide faster and better data experience. The next phase in the India telecom market involves building data and services to deliver greater value to consumers and drive more profitable growth.
India's telecom industry is now more focussed on the data segment for its further growth. While there has been a significant rise in the number of data users in the country, demand for improved and faster network has grown. Current networks 2G and 3G networks have arguably failed to satiate a growing data-hungry users base in the country. 4G LTE, the next generation of telecommunications, is expected to be a game changer.
4G currently is sporadically available in India, but it seems far from being the mainstream network in the near future. Prior to its a full fledged roll out, 4G faces multiple challenges. One of the main challenges is the improvement of the existing networks along with deploying the fourth generation broadband services.
